Returns + Exchanges

 

OUR POLICY 

 

We do hope you are happy with what you have received, but if not, please do get in touch immediately.

Please note that our handmade products may vary slightly in appearance as this is the nature of handmade items, this is not considered as a defect. We will only replace or refund items that are defected or damaged. 

We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to two weeks of the invoice date (up to 30 days for international orders), providing the item is unused, in original condition with labels still attached. If, however, the item is damaged whilst in transit, please contact us straight away with a description and if possible photographic evidence so we can see what went wrong. For items damaged in transit, returns will receive a full refund and free delivery of the item back to us. 

Please note for any other returns you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be asked to cover the cost of sending the new item. We will aim to refund within 5 working days of the item being delivered back to us. 

*When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using trackable shipping methods to be absolutely sure the item gets returned to us. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items.
